Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Penny Marie. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returns requested 8 to 30 business days after receiving your purchase, is eligible for return for store credit only.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.
No return authorization is needed, when you contact us to set up a return we will provide you with our return address.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shoppennymarie@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
